The 19th year of Student Volunteering Week

On the 10th February, the network were getting ready for one of their biggest weeks of the year. Read about the highlights across each Hub here. A Youth consultation, hedgehog house building, renovating green spaces, LinkAges tea party and much more.

Student Hubs recieves grant from the Pears #iwill Fund to engage more students

We’re delighted to announce that Student Hubs has recently been awarded a grant by the Pears #iwill Fund. This funding is to explore expanding our work to students who are less likely to have been involved before in social action. 


Winchester Hub launches the Social Innovation Programme

The Social Innovation Programme (SIP) is a 6-8 week course where students receive training and support to act as student consultants for local charities and social enterprises. Students work in teams to tackle a challenge faced by the local charity, writing a report highlighting innovative solutions the organisation can then implement.
