Student Volunteering Week
Hello everyone!
I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend and conquering life like a pro! Everyone here at the Hub is still reveling in the magic of what was an epic Student Volunteering Week! With over 50 volunteers and 5 awesome events, I hope you’ll agree with us when we say that SVW ’19 was amaaazing! Our School Plus Coordinator sums it up perfectly:
“I think everyone can agree that the student volunteering week was a great success. I mostly enjoyed getting involved on Friday’s event: animal welfare! Let’s hope that next year we can improve by seeing even more of you getting involved and sparking an interest in volunteering! “

Well said Duncan! What this week has truly been about is one thing: social action. Through the outstanding work of the Kingston Hub in running our awesome events, we have done a fantastic job in helping out the most vulnerable in our community, whilst inspiring so many others to do the same!
