Parents / Carers
Information for parents or carers of children who attend our Schools Plus programme:
- We follow the school’s policy and procedures regarding DBS checks, proof of ID and/or references for all of our volunteers

Travel plans are explained to parents in advance on the activity day consent forms, all bus providers have been safety checked and volunteers and children must adhere to our safe transport rules
Information for carers or relatives of vulnerable adults who attend our LinkAges or other programmes:

Schools / Organisations
Information for schools or other organisations who we partner with on projects:
- We work with you to understand your safeguarding requirements, e.g. processing DBS checks for volunteers if necessary

All volunteers working with children or vulnerable adults will have completed our safeguarding training which outlines signs of abuse and the procedure of recognising, responding, recording and reporting

We have a child protection policy and a adults at risk of harm protection policy and will work with you to ensure that all volunteers follow your policies and procedures
